🍫🥜 Gooey Reese’s Cheesecake Cookies 🥜🍫
These cookies combine the rich, creamy flavour of cheesecake with the chocolate-peanut butter goodness of Reese’s. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth!
Ingredients:
Cream cheese, softened: 8 oz
Unsalted butter, softened: 1/2 cup
Granulated sugar: 3/4 cup
Brown sugar: 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
Large egg: 1
All-purpose flour: 1 3/4 cups
Baking soda: 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1/4 tsp
Mini Reese’s Pieces: 1 cup
Mini chocolate chips: 1/2 cup
Directions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and unsalted butter until smooth and creamy.
Add Sugars:
Add granulated sugar and brown sugar to the cream cheese mixture. Beat until light and fluffy.
Add Egg and Vanilla:
Mix in the vanilla extract and egg until well combined.
Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
Fold in Mix-ins:
Gently fold in the mini Reese’s Pieces and mini chocolate chips.
Form Cookies:
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake:
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. The centers may appear slightly underbaked.
Cool:
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
